Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or at the weekend, are dispatched on Monday.
- We don’t dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
- During busy periods, such as sales or Christmas, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@vaperzway.co.uk or on WhatsApp, and we’ll put it right.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We dispatch to the address you provide at checkout.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order has been dispatched (orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day).
We can’t accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. A further delivery charge may apply, or we can refund the cost of the items minus the original delivery charge.
