No use of Vaperz Way's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it's linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Returns Policy

How returns work
For all returns, whether you’ve changed your mind or believe an item is faulty, please contact us first, then send the item(s) back to us at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method. What we refund depends on the reason for the return, as set out below.

Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you’d like to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back.

To be returned, items must be:

  • unopened and sealed, in their original packaging
  • in the same condition you received them

For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns of e-liquids, pods, coils or devices that have been opened or had their seal broken.

What we refund:

  • Item price: in full.
  • Original delivery charge: refunded if you return your whole order, at our standard rate (Royal Mail Tracked 48). If you return only part of your order, the original delivery charge isn’t refunded.
  • Return postage: not refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. This applies to all items, including sale and clearance products.

Once we’ve inspected the item and confirmed the fault, we’ll refund:

  • Item price: in full, or we can send a replacement if you prefer.
  • Original delivery charge: in full.
  • Return postage: the reasonable cost of returning it by a standard tracked service, on receipt of your proof of postage.

If our inspection finds the item isn’t faulty, we’ll contact you to explain. We can then return it to you at your cost, or, if it’s unopened and within 14 days, treat it as a change-of-mind return.

Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know.

Clearance and past-date stock
Some clearance items are sold past their best before date. This is clearly stated on the product page. We can’t accept returns for issues that were described on the listing before you bought, but your statutory rights for other faults are not affected.

How to start a return
Email us at info@vaperzway.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning and the reason. For faulty items, please include a photo or short video of the problem if you can. We’ll send you our returns address and instructions.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Dispatch times

  • Orders placed before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or at the weekend, are dispatched on Monday.
  • We don’t dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • During busy periods, such as sales or Christmas, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. 

Packaging
All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging.

Age restriction
We only sell to customers aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm you’re over 18. 

Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@vaperzway.co.uk or on WhatsApp, and we’ll put it right.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We dispatch to the address you provide at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order has been dispatched (orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day).

We can’t accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. A further delivery charge may apply, or we can refund the cost of the items minus the original delivery charge.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury/health;
  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
