Late, lost or damaged parcels

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order has been dispatched (orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day).
We can’t accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
